The new Zanolli dome pizza oven Augusto combines the aesthetic flavour of tradition with the ease of use of professional electric ovens, guaranteeing a top-level performance. It is available in two sizes the Augusto 6 and Augusto 9 which take 6 x 13″ pizzas and 9 x 13″ pizzas. This oven can reach a maximum temperature of 500°c and has a cooking chamber fully lined with refractory stone.
The dome is available in four colours, copper, gold, red and blue and can also be provided unpainted to allow for a custom design to fit in with your premises
Additional accessories are available including an optional rack complete with peels
