Fitted with a stainless steel revolving bowl and spiral, they give a gentle but thorough mixing action.
The HS range of mixers are fitted with a bowl guard and safety switch, as well as an emergency stop button. These mixers are supplied with a set of wheels as standard.

Our range of simple, single speed mixers are perfect for outlets making fresh pizza dough . The gentle action of a spiral mixer work the dough well and gives a nice mix.
Our ITALIAN built spiral mixers, from the FIMAR factory have a high build quality which ensures reliability & their compact design means they don't take up much space in the kitchen.
The bowl is fixed on all models except the mod 25C where it is removable. The power is from a standard 13amp plug.
Safety switches are fitted to the bowl lid. Mixing bowl and spiral are in stainless steel.
