They come in two ranges, the SMART range of GN1/1 units and the larger EC range, for more spacious kitchens. Both ranges are manufactured to give the highest levels of services and reliability.
All GEMM refrigeration units come fitted with castors/wheels - free of charge.

The SMART range of pizza preparation tables are built in 1/1GN sizes and made for use in pizzerias, restaurants, fast food outlets, as well as sandwich and salad bars.
The mono block unit is constructed entirely in stainless steel with 1/1GN sized cupboards, supplied with one shelf in each door. The centralising condensing unit has a double temperature control for the base and the container rail. System features include automatic hot gas defrosting and automatic elimination of condensate water.
The high quality granite worktop has a 35cm deep working space (working height 90cm).
GN containers are not included in the price.

The EC range of counters are built to a superior standard in order to serve the demands of a modern kitchen, without compromise.
The construction is entirely made in stainless steel and the refrigerated base is equipped with a cooling system that guarantees a perfectly uniform temperature in the cooling cell, as well as a good level of humidity. System features include automatic hot gas defrosting and automatic elimination of condenste water.
A spacious granite worktop provides the perfect surface for your food preparation with a working height of 91cm.
The chilled toppings rail is controlled by a independant thermostat.
A shelf is provided with each cupboard door, but can also fit 60 x 40cm trays.
Castors come as standard. GN containers are not included in the price.
