Spiral Mixer Model 38/S - Demostration Model
This mixer has been used in our test kitchen for demonstraion purposes. It is approx 4 months old and has been used relatively little.
The 42 litre bowl can mix a maximum of 38kg of dough per load.
The mixer is single speed, the rotating bowl and spiral giving a good gentle mix for your dough.
The bowl guard has a saftey switch fitted.
